The Tauern Cross-Country tracks are a cross-country highlight in Salzburg. These easy to intermediate tracks take you 50 km from Wagrain through the entire Salzburg Sports World. Cross-country skiing enthusiasts take the “Roten 8-er” gondola down to the valley and get started on the Tauern Cross-Country tracks right there. They lead you through easy and diversified terrain.
Five famous Salzburg Sports World Amadé ski resorts are connected by these 50 km of cross-country tracks. The diversity of this well established network of cross-country tracks (more than 200 km) in the area of Radstadt, Altenmarkt, Eben, Flachau and Wagrain make them perfect for beginners as well as advanced cross-country skiers.
