A balanced buffet selection will satisfy your hunger in the afternoon when you return home to the Edelweiss Nature Hotel after an active day. Some like it sweet, the others spicy. The offer includes soup, salad buffet, main course & homemade sweets. This way everyone gets their money's worth.
In the evening you choose from a 5-course menu with three different main courses (meat, fish & vegetarian) to choose from. Mainly we spoil you with traditional Austrian cuisine, but international influences also have their place. With the ingredients we attach importance to down-to-earthness and naturalness. As regional as possible and wherever possible, we choose organic. This supports the region and your health.
Wine connoisseurs will be delighted with the great wine selection which includes over 150 different wines.
Are absolutely no problem for us! On request we cook lactose- & gluten-free food for you. Vegan pampering board is available on request and for an extra charge of € 15.00 per person and day.
