Tauern Cross-Country Tracks

The Tauern Cross-Country tracks are a cross-country highlight in Salzburg. These easy to intermediate tracks take you 50 km from Wagrain through the entire Salzburg Sports World. Cross-country skiing enthusiasts take the “Roten 8-er” gondola down to the valley and get started on the Tauern Cross-Country tracks right there. They lead you through easy and diversified terrain.

Ski resorts in the Salzburg Sports World Amadé

Five famous Salzburg Sports World Amadé ski resorts are connected by these 50 km of cross-country tracks. The diversity of this well established network of cross-country tracks (more than 200 km) in the area of Radstadt, Altenmarkt, Eben, Flachau and Wagrain make them perfect for beginners as well as advanced cross-country skiers. We’ll gladly book a cross-country skiing instructor for you. (No cross-country equipment at the hotel ski rental).
